  Instructions · Step 1. Download the file to your Mac Desktop. Windows Users · Step 2. Double-click on the file. A OneTouch4 folder will appear on your Desktop. Maxtor one touch 4 back up drive worked with my Vista (service pack 2), but since I upgraded to Windows 10, it does not recognize the USB connection!
